On October 30 and 31 and November 1, the Kennemerland Security Region will organize a conference as part of the European Miracle Project. Resilience will be the central theme. DISASTER is actively involved in this conference, by means of a simulation exercise, aiming to demonstrate how DISASTER's technology can help during information exchange in different scenarios.
In this case, a large-scale crisis-simulation exercise is scheduled to take place at Schiphol, on October 31. This experiment is located at an unique location, on one of the hangars at Schiphol, and will involve different stakeholders and first responders in case of crisis in such context.
An "air cargo" scenario have been desgined for the experiment, where a number of different actors, and therefore a number of different systems, need to exchange information about an emergency incident in real time. DISASTER is involved in the exchange process, enabling end-to-end translations and adaptions of content for a seamless interaction between the different stakeholders.
